Yes, any project that has been completed will need to be paid. If you do not wish to continue the project, you will need to write this in writing and refer to our terms of service to determine whether you will receive a refund.
Currently, our payment methods include: Direct Bank Transfer, Cash, or Paypal. You may request to pay via the Airtasker app by posting a job but this accrues a 25% surcharge.
You may also request to pay via credit card but this has a 3% surcharge.
Airtasker takes 25% of the quoted job price for each task.
Every graphic designer/animator have different rates depending on their skills. A junior can be between $20-$30 per hour while a more skilled artist can start from $50 per hour.
I work on an hourly rate but if you have a one-off small, project I may consider a set price.
Yes, revisions are always included in the quote.
Editable files of any projects can be requested in writing from the artist. You must first clear your invoice balance to receive this.
The 20% deposit is for any projects over $300. This ensures that you are providing a 100% approval for the project to commence and to prevent any unnecessary work being started without direction.
The watermark will be removed once the full payment has been received as all files are property of Ellephant Studios until the final hand over.
This is because Ellephant Studios is currently not registered for GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Receipts are not always issued once payment has been received. However, if you do require a copy or have not received yours, feel free to send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
